Media Team

Our Media Team serves behind the scenes for all the Grace services. They are the ones responsible for platform set up, live sound, audio recording and duplication, screen projection, video recording, and live-streaming. The A-Team

The Grace Administrative Team (or A-Team) is a group of enthusiastic volunteers who are responsible for various aspects of weekly life at Grace. The A-Team keeps attendance for all Grace worship services, runs the Grace Welcome Center, makes copies and runs documents for Grace ministry leaders and teachers, and provides support to the 3G network leadership. They’re also the people to thank if you enjoy the coffee on a Sunday morning or to alert if you happen to run across a stopped up toilet.

In addition, the A-Team oversees about 50 other Grace members serving on the Greeting, Guest Reception, Ushering, Velcro, and Security teams.

Greeting Team

Members of the Grace Greeting team are the first smiling faces you see as you walk through the door. Greeting team members are always ready with worship guides and directions to Grace Kids classes, the Grace Nursery or the Welcome Center. Feel free to ask them any questions about locations at Grace.

Guest Reception Team

After the Sunday morning worship services, guests are invited to visit with Grace members and pastors in the Grace Guest Reception, located at the back of the meeting area. Members of the Guest Reception team provide snacks and drinks for this ministry.

Ushering Team

Ushers serve during Grace services helping with seating, microphones, and taking the offering. All members of the Grace Ushering team are men and boys who are faithful members of the Grace family.

Velcro Team

The Velcro team is made of Grace members who love to meet new people. They make it their responsibility to welcome guests and get to know the new faces at Grace. Velcro team members are always on the look out for ways the Grace family can get involved in people’s lives for the sake of the Gospel.

Security Team

Security is very important at Grace, particularly where children are concerned. The Security team keeps a close eye on all exits to the building while it is occupied, as well as the entrances to the Grace Kids classes whenever they are meeting.
